Order & Terms

Order:
There are a number of steps to go through when ordering Violent Cow Cards.
Don't worry! Just follow the instructions below and you'd be able to complete the order process before you can say "Violent Cow Card Creations are the Moooooo!"

Step01 (design/size):
Choose either
BIG (14.2cm x 10.5cm)
or
SMALL (10.5cm x 7.0cm)
sized cards for the design you want


Step02 (greeting):
Choose your greetings (e.g Happy Birthday/ Get Well Soon/ I Love You etc.) on the cover of the card

* Greetings of your own preference/creativity will be entertained


Step03 (bag):
Customer can indicate Yes/No for desire of Bag of Love.
Bag would be of corresponding size to card's.

Step04 (mode):
Indicate mode of transaction:
POSTAGE (additional $0.40) after receipt of payment
or
MEETUP at
Tiong Bahru MRT/Boon Lay MRT/Jurong East Interchange MRT/NTU campus


Step05 (confirmation):
Await our confirmation of order together with payment amount.
Please give us 3 days to reply. Apologies for any inconveniences.

Terms & Conditions:
- Greetings of your own preference/creativity will be entertained, however the final design is subject to Violent Cow's approval

- Once sold, cards n envelopes are non-returnable n non-refundable. However if there are faults/spoils, please report to us via email. Only emails within 1 day of receipt would be entertained

- Order would be void if customer fails to reply to confirmation email within 3 days

- Order would be void if customer fails to make payment within 3 days of confirmation
